There’s a world inside my head
Unlike anything you’ve ever seen
Over cigarettes and coffee
I can try to tell you what I mean
I see things I’ve already been shown
Past visions illuminate the unknown
I hear noises amongst the sea of stars
I’m submerged in sounds from places so far
Waving from the shallow
Faces smile back from the shore
Drifting deeper amongst shadows
Is this the end or is there more?
